Additional Information

Basic Services are intended for use at events where spaces are unreserved or the event organizer prefers to manage space assignments, but doesn't want to manage payment processing.

The sales percentage fee is subject to a minimum amount per exhibitor space of $2.00 for basic services and $3.00 for standard services. Merchant fees are charged at our cost, currently 3.49% of each sale plus $0.49 per transaction.

Subdomain redirect allows you to designate a holdmyshowspace.com subdomain of your choice to allow exhibitors to be taken directly to your event's reservation products. For example, hdcluster.holdmyshowspace.com takes exhibitors to the products for the High Desert Cluster of Dog Shows on holdmyshowspace.com. A similar redirect can be created for a domain (or subdomain) you own. We can create it for you or give you instructions if needed. For the gold plan, use of a domain (or subdomain) you own is required for creation of a "white label" website.

Weekly reports for each event are delivered on Mondays for weekly and cumulative activity through the previous Friday. The reports include exhibitor contact information, reservation products ordered and amounts paid. More frequent reporting is available for an additional fee. Payment for each week's paid reservations is made by check or ACH within one week after a weekly report is delivered, net of merchant fees and fees charged by Hold My Show Space. Payments are subject to funds availability restrictions imposed by PayPal and Hold My Show Space's bank.

While we leverage work done for Hold My Show Space to every extent possible, effort is required to create a "white label" website. There is no charge for information gathering, requirements gathering or planning. Design, development, testing, maintenance and exhibitor phone support are billed at an hourly rate. Design, development and testing are quoted before work begins and will not exceed our quote unless there is a change in requirements that results in additional effort.
