Terms & Conditions
In addition to Hold My Show Space Terms & Conditions, the High Desert Cluster has the following terms and conditions.
Most reserved spaces are approximately 8 feet X 11 feet and are $60.00. A limited number of "half spaces" are approximately 4 feet X 11 feet and are $30.00. All reservations are provided on a ﬁrst come, ﬁrst served basis.
The show committee will mark all grooming space. Some spaces may be irregular due to pillars, fire exits and doorways. All spaces have access to electricity. Spaces will be held until Sunday at 12pm MDT. Additional grooming area information and restrictions are found on pages 6 and 11 of the premium list.
Reservations will be accepted from 6pm PDT on March 30, 2022 through 6pm PDT on May 1, 2022. All reserved grooming spaces will be individually identified on a graphic and each space will be available for reservation unless already sold. No more than four spaces may be reserved by the same person. Payment by most major credit cards is accepted via PayPal. Checks must be received within seven days after reservation. Monies will not be refunded and reservations cannot be changed. If you need assistance with a reservation, Contact Us.
