Terms & Conditions
In addition to Hold My Show Space Terms & Conditions, the High Desert Cluster has the following terms and conditions.
All grooming space in the Creative Arts Center is reserved. Reserved spaces in the Creative Arts Center are approximately 4 feet x 10 feet ($25), 8 feet x 10 feet ($50) or 8 feet x 15 feet ($75). Reservations will be accepted from 6:00 pm PDT on September 9, 2021 through 6:00 pm PDT on October 3, 2021. All reserved grooming spaces will be individually identified on a graphic and each space will be available for reservation on a first come/first serve basis unless already reserved. No more than four spaces may be reserved by the same person. Payment by most major credit cards is accepted via PayPal. Checks must be received within seven days after reservation. Monies will not be refunded & reservations cannot be changed.
The show committee will mark all grooming space. Some spaces may be irregular due to pillars, ﬁre exits and doorways. All spaces have access to electricity. Spaces will be held until Sunday at 12:00 pm MDT. Additional grooming area information and restrictions are found on page 12 of the premium list.
