Unless otherwise designated, reserved grooming spaces are approximately 8 feet X 10 feet. A space map is pictured to the left (desktop) or above (mobile). No more than four reserved grooming spaces may be reserved by the same person throughout the show site. Additional terms & conditions are provided in the Additional Information section below.

Creative Arts Center is located directly south of the Manuel Lujan Jr. Exhibit Complex Hall A where additional reserved grooming is located. Manuel Lujan Jr. Exhibit Complex Hall A is adjacent to Manuel Lujan Jr. Exhibit Complex Hall B where most indoor conformation rings are located. A loading zone is located on the south side of Creative Arts Center.

Purchases are not accepted until April 10, 2024, 6pm PDT. All spaces will appear to be sold out until that time.

Terms & Conditions

In addition to Hold My Show Space Terms & Conditions, the High Desert Cluster has the following terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise designated, reserved spaces are approximately 8 feet X 10 feet and are $75.00. All reservations are provided on a first come, first served basis.

The show committee will mark all grooming space. Some spaces may be irregular due to pillars, fire exits and doorways. All spaces have access to electricity. Spaces will be held until Sunday at 12pm MDT. Additional grooming area information and restrictions are found on pages 8 and 12 of the premium list.

Reservations will be accepted from 6pm PDT on April 10, 2024 through 6pm PDT on May 12, 2024. All reserved grooming spaces will be individually identified on a graphic and each space will be available for reservation unless already sold. No more than four spaces may be reserved by the same person. Payment by most major credit cards is accepted via PayPal. Checks must be received within seven days after reservation.
