In addition to Hold My Show Space Terms & Conditions, the Durango Kennel Club has the following terms and conditions.
ALL RV RESERVATIONS MUST CHECK IN WITH FAIRGROUNDS SECURITY! The security office is located to the west of the northwest corner of RV Lot 2. The after hours and weekend phone number for security is 505.947.4653
Reservations are provided on a first come/first serve basis. Only one vehicle (an RV and tow vehicle or towed vehicle are considered one unit) will be allowed in each assigned RV space. Generators must be off between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Exhibitor use of water/electric/sewer connections is at their own risk. The Durango Kennel Club, Inc. assumes no liability for theft or damages. Exhibitors are responsible for cleanup of their RV space.
Reservations will be accepted from 6:00 pm PDT on September 17, 2021 through 6:00 pm PDT on October 10, 2021. All RV spaces will be individually identified on a graphic and each space will be available for reservation on a first come/first serve basis unless already reserved. Payment by most major credit cards is accepted via PayPal. Checks must be received within seven days after reservation. Monies will not be refunded & reservations cannot be changed. RV Dump & Mobile Septic
An on-site dump station is available at the treatment plant.
Mobile septic service is available throughout the show for your convenience. Call Serrano’s Inc. at (505) 632-9494 to schedule service. The discounted rate for PRE-PAID reservations is $40.00 per tank, grey or black. For requests made on October 19-25 2021, the rate is is $50.00 per tank, grey or black.
