Reserved grooming spaces are approximately 8 feet X 10 feet. No more than two reserved grooming spaces may be reserved by the same person throughout the show site. A show space map and terms & conditions are provided below.

The Otero County Fairgrounds New Exhibit Building is directly north and adjacent to the Pavilion where conformation rings are located. A loading zone is located on the south side of the New Exhibit Building.

Purchases are not accepted until 8/21/2019, 6pm PDT. All spaces will appear to be sold out until that time.

Terms & Conditions

In addition to Hold My Show Space Terms & Conditions, Chaparral Kennel Club has the following terms and conditions.

All grooming space in the New Exhibit Building is reserved. Reserved spaces are approximately 8 feet X 10 feet and are $40.00. They are allotted on a first come, first served basis.

The show committee will mark all grooming space. Some spaces may be irregular due to pillars, fire exits and doorways. All spaces have access to electricity. Spaces will be held until Saturday at 12pm MDT. Additional grooming area information and restrictions are found on page XX of the premium list.

ALL RESERVED GROOMING RESERVATIONS MUST BE PLACED AT: sdckc.holdmyshowspace.com

Reservations will be accepted from 6pm PDT on August 21, 2019 through 6pm PDT on September 25, 2019. All reserved grooming spaces will be individually identified on a graphic and each space will be available for reservation unless already sold. No more than two spaces may be reserved by the same person. Payment by most major credit cards is accepted via PayPal. Checks must be received within seven days after reservation.
